Registered Nursing

This allows utilization of data-driven metrics to meet patient's needs and goals in collaboration with the physician and other members of the home health care team.
Physical Therapy
Treatment to improve mobility, regain strength, balance, relieve pain and improve function after an injury, surgical procedure, or medical diagnosis. Occupational Therapy
Services to help you return to usual activities (like bathing, preparing meals, and housekeeping) after illness. Occupational therapist are experts in activities of daily living training, fine motor coordination, sensory treatment, orthotics, adaptive equipment, and assistive device training.
Speech Therapy
Treatment to improve communication problems involving speech, language, hearing, and swallowing. Or for the treatment of other upper aerodigestive disorders, also includes: swallow evaluation and treatment, voice disorder, speech articulation, dysphasia treatment, language disorder
Medical Social Work
Skilled services to help you with social and emotional concerns related to your illness including counseling or help in finding resources in your community.
